Talentvis is seeking a dedicated Civil Construction Project Engineer to join our team in the Central Region. This is a hands-on engineering role that offers significant site exposure and the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects. As a Project Engineer, you will act as a bridge between the site team and management, coordinating various stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in civil engineering principles and a proven ability to manage site operations effectively. We value proactive problem-solving and excellent communication skills, as you will be required to prepare detailed reports and liaise with clients and contractors regularly.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities comply with project schedules and blueprints.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all project phases.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and timely procurement of materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards (OSHA/SWMS) are strictly followed and documented.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and project documentation for internal and client review.
- Manage site personnel, including foremen and laborers, to maintain high productivity levels.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in civil construction and project management.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MS Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
