Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review detailed civil and structural engineering designs, calculations, and technical reports for industrial and commercial projects.
- Conduct comprehensive site investigations, feasibility studies, and geotechnical analysis to inform project design.
- Develop precise design specifications, construction documents, and tender packages in alignment with local regulations.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Philippine National Structural Code (NSCP) and DPWH standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to resolve design conflicts and optimize project delivery.
- Utilize advanced engineering software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D for structural modeling and analysis.
- Manage multiple project deadlines while maintaining rigorous standards of accuracy and quality control.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design intent.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Civil Engineer (Philippines) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant design experience.
- Proven expertise in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or equivalent).
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D for detailed drafting and BIM modeling.
- Deep understanding of geotechnical principles, foundation systems, and structural dynamics.
- Strong track record in designing steel structures, reinforced concrete buildings, and infrastructure earthworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
