Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze civil engineering components for data center facilities, including foundations, structural systems, and site infrastructure
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for civil works
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and architectural engineers
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction quality and compliance with design specifications
- Develop and implement sustainable design solutions to minimize environmental impact
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project reviews and approvals
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil design, preferably with data center or industrial facilities
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
- Strong understanding of local building codes and construction practices in the Philippines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus
