Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections.
- Conduct structural analysis to ensure building stability and safety.
- Collaborate with engineers to interpret technical requirements and design specifications.
- Revise and modify drawings based on client feedback and project updates.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and project reports.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of structural principles and local building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial visualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience in the construction or architecture industry is a plus.
