Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain civil structures and electrical systems according to company procedures and regulatory standards
- Oversee project execution from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control measures for engineering projects
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Optimize engineering processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil and electrical engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, safety protocols, and local regulations
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit, etc.)
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams
- Certification in PMP or relevant engineering field preferred
