China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is a global leader in construction and infrastructure development. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our prestigious projects in Senai, Johor. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of our large-scale construction projects, ensuring that structural integrity, safety, and efficiency standards are met at every stage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily construction design progress to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including architects, contractors, sub-contractors, and clients to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide on-site construction teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, status updates, and documentation for project management review.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in large-scale civil engineering or construction projects.
- Proven expertise in structural design, site management, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building standards, safety regulations, and construction compliance protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines in a high-demand project environment.
- Professional registration (e.g., BEM/IEM) is highly desirable.
