Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive structural designs, calculations, and detailed technical drawings for commercial and residential projects.
- Lead project site inspections to ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and structural integrity requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, material procurement schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to support preliminary design phases.
- Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and compliance records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with sub-contractors to optimize site productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines (PRC License holder).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural design and project management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, and Revit.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP) and local building regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to manage complex project stakeholders.
