Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and oversee the construction of civil engineering projects ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation using AutoCAD or similar engineering software.
- Conduct site investigations, soil testing, and environmental impact assessments to ensure structural viability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers to streamline project workflows.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are completed within budget and according to the agreed-upon timeline.
- Manage quality control processes and resolve technical issues during the construction phase.
- Maintain detailed project records and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS) and AutoCAD.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction building codes and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
