- Design and develop detailed construction plans for infrastructure projects

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction industry experience
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
