Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress against specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, cost estimates, and project documentation
- Resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions during construction phases
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver milestones efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or civil engineering roles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural engineering software
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Certification in PMP or equivalent project management qualification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
