At TÜV SÜD, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification, we are committed to making the world a safer place. We are currently seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in Tuas, West Region.
In this full-time role, you will oversee testing activities, develop procedures and technical reports, ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain equipment. Your work will directly impact the quality and integrity of infrastructure projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest levels of accuracy and safety. We support your professional development through ongoing training and certifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols for civil engineering materials and structures.
- Oversee and conduct testing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of test results.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to align testing requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering testing or inspection.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17025) and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with testing equipment and calibration processes is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
