Tanggung Jawab
- Design and plan civil engineering projects including roads, drainage systems, and structural foundations.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare engineering reports, feasibility studies, and cost estimates for new projects.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review and approve engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or accreditation in Singapore is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAFE, ETABS, or similar engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and submission processes (BCA, URA, NEA).
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage for site visits.
