Tanggung Jawab
- Design, supervise, and coordinate construction projects for dealership facilities and service centers
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports, and resolve engineering challenges
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver quality infrastructure
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution
- Oversee maintenance of existing structures and recommend improvements
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Civil Engineer license (Philippines)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in construction or facility management
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced automotive retail environment
