PT Kaltim Industrial Estate is seeking a professional Civil Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring the implementation of civil construction work runs according to set targets. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage complex projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
As a Civil Engineer at PT Kaltim Industrial Estate, you will oversee site operations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that all construction activities are executed efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and design civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and project goals.
- Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure they comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and communication.
- Prepare detailed reports, including progress updates, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in construction supervision, project management, or site engineering.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction codes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide site teams.
- Valid Professional Engineer (SIP) license is preferred.
