Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee construction projects ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring to maintain project timelines and quality control
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, cost estimates, and project documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize construction methods
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor allocation
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for infrastructure developments
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Proven experience in the Singapore construction industry
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Understanding of Singapore's building regulations and BCA requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
