Suarga Sustainable Boutique Resort is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Civil Engineer to join our team in Pasuruan. As part of a unique, eco-conscious hospitality environment, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, upgrading, and planning the infrastructure that makes our resort a world-class destination.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, oversee, and supervise civil engineering projects related to resort facilities and grounds.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, structural integrity, and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage technical documentation, including blueprints, material estimates, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable building practices and resource-efficient infrastructure solutions.
- Supervise contractors and on-site labor to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing infrastructure systems to ensure continuous operational excellence.
- Provide technical guidance for potential facility renovations or new expansion projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or facility engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable construction methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a boutique resort environment, maintaining a professional and service-oriented demeanor.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
