Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety codes.
- Prepare, schedule, and coordinate technical engineering designs and construction plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and quality control of ongoing projects.
- Manage material procurement and vendor coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
- Analyze project blueprints, surveys, and geotechnical reports to assess project feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, budget status, and safety compliance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (Board Passer).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the construction or industrial field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and structural analysis software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to be based in Passi City, Iloilo.
