Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end civil engineering projects including planning, design, and execution phases
- Oversee construction activities at Benevola Memorial Garden to ensure quality and compliance
- Prepare detailed project plans, cost estimates, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct site inspections and implement corrective measures for deviations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- Develop technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of relevant civil engineering experience
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project)
- Knowledge of local building codes and healthcare facility regulations
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- PE License (Philippine) preferred
