Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee construction of civil engineering projects including buildings, roads, and drainage systems
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using AutoCAD and BIM software
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities during project execution
- Resolve technical challenges and implement engineering solutions for complex site conditions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management
- Professional certification (PIPI or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in engineering software including AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction codes and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in field conditions
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
