Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform accurate cost estimation and quantity take-offs for project bidding and procurement.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and progress documentation for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and building codes on-site.
- Manage project budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Conduct site inspections to verify alignment with engineering plans and architectural designs.
- Resolve technical challenges and site conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience in a construction or development company.
- Strong background in technical cost estimation and project planning.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site crews and stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings accurately.
