Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure strict compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare and review detailed technical reports, cost estimates, and comprehensive project schedules.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and government agencies to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and building codes are strictly followed on-site.
- Manage project resources and budgets efficiently to meet critical deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and site personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in civil construction or engineering project management.
- Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D.
- Valid Engineer’s license (LAM/PSB) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction standards and regulations.
