- Oversee the entire construction process of multi-story buildings from planning to completion
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
- Monitor construction timelines and ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and specifications

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in pharmaceutical or industrial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management or related field is a plus
