Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, estimates, and cost analysis for project proposals.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all safety protocols and environmental regulations are strictly followed on-site.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in civil construction and project management.
- Familiarity with Malaysian building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
