Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and optimize building facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical and electrical systems
- Coordinate facility improvement projects and renovations within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot operational issues
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contractor performance
- Prepare comprehensive reports on facility conditions and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or building operations
- Proficiency in CAD software and facility management systems
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
