Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee construction projects including structural analysis, foundation systems, and infrastructure components
- Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies for new developments
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans and safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities during project execution
- Resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions to overcome project challenges
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS) and MS Office
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and construction standards
- Experience in project management and site supervision is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in project management (PMP) or engineering license is advantageous
