Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of civil engineering projects.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and reports using industry-standard CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local building codes, environmental laws, and safety protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and interns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or construction project management.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in CAD, BIM (Revit), and other structural engineering design tools.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certification in Malaysia.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
