Tanggung Jawab
- Design and supervise infrastructure projects including roads, buildings, and utilities
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and contractor coordination
- Develop technical specifications and construction documentation
- Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and government agencies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Civil Engineer license (Philippines)
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant project experience
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budget management and resource optimization
