Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, oversee, and execute civil engineering projects in accordance with established MIESCOR and MERALCO policies.
- Monitor site progress to ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
- Review and approve technical drawings, material specifications, and civil engineering plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, technical documentation, and project handover requirements.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with the National Building Code of the Philippines and relevant local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Board Passer).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in civil infrastructure or utility projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) and health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and project management software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and operational gaps.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
