Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and field assessments to monitor project progress and compliance
- Perform material canvassing, cost estimation, and precise measurements for project planning
- Oversee project management including scheduling, resource allocation, and contractor coordination
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical documentation, and administrative paperwork
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, engineers, and government agencies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in field operations, material procurement, and project estimation
- Strong background in project management and administrative procedures
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project) and measurement tools
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Ability to work effectively in Davao City with willingness to travel to project sites
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and local dialects
- Knowledge of Philippine construction standards and regulatory requirements
