Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Manage project budgets, estimate material costs, and monitor expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders and management.
- Ensure all safety protocols and environmental regulations are strictly followed on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in civil construction, project management, or site supervision.
- Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes, construction materials, and structural engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
