- Manage entire project lifecycle from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Oversee site operations, including material procurement, equipment allocation, and labor coordination
- Conduct structural analysis and design verification using industry-standard software
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including blueprints, cost estimates, and progress reports
- Lead cross-functional teams of architects, contractors, and technical specialists
- Implement quality control measures and resolve on-site engineering challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Professional License (Civil Engineer) from PRC
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of Philippine National Building Code (NBC) and safety protocols
- Experience with government permitting processes and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
