Tanggung Jawab
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Technical Planning: Review blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation of civil engineering concepts.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve on-site issues.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards, materials, and workmanship.
- Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Reporting: Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and monthly summaries for stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensure: Currently registered or licensed professional Civil Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in infrastructure development, construction management, or site supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), BIM tools (Revit), or MS Project.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership: Ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
