Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and planning process for civil infrastructure and commercial building projects.
- Conduct thorough site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments to inform project strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, structural calculations, and comprehensive project reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and international engineering standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies during the construction and implementation phases.
- Perform quality control inspections and resolve on-site engineering challenges promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in consultancy design and infrastructure development.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ETABS.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian building codes and construction regulations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
