Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with engineering designs and specifications.
- Prepare, schedule, and coordinate technical documents, blueprints, and project reports.
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality control standards and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project progression.
- Identify potential technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project material procurement and inventory to maintain budget efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance to junior site staff and laborers to ensure work accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in construction site management or structural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and structural analysis software.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Valid certification with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
