- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction issues
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with engineering teams
- Prepare project documentation including progress reports and compliance records

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience
- Professional certification (e.g., PEng, PE) preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes and regulations
- Experience with structural analysis and geotechnical assessments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
