Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee construction site operations to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and technical evaluations to monitor progress and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with architects and subcontractors to refine structural designs and project layouts.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and cost estimates for project stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all permits and regulatory requirements are fully met.
- Implement sustainable and efficient building practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solve complex engineering challenges on-site with effective and prompt technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Board Passer).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in construction management or structural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, and other relevant structural analysis and design software.
- Strong knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines and relevant safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
