Tanggung Jawab
- Design, plan, and supervise construction projects including buildings, roads, and utilities
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders during all project phases
- Review and approve engineering calculations and structural designs
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Valid PRC license as a Professional Civil Engineer
- Resident of Panabo City, Davao del Norte
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction project experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of Philippine National Building Code (NBC) and engineering standards
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
