Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities to ensure project schedules are met.
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with blueprints, engineering standards, and local building codes.
- Prepare and manage detailed progress reports, project documentation, and site logs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain project alignment.
- Manage the procurement and tracking of construction materials to prevent wastage.
- Identify potential construction risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License holder).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in construction or industrial project management.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and structural analysis software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site personnel effectively.
- Knowledge of Philippine building codes and OSHA safety standards.
