Tanggung Jawab
- Manage building construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and timelines
- Oversee on-site activities, supervise contractors, and coordinate with architects and other stakeholders
- Conduct structural analysis, prepare engineering drawings, and perform site inspections
- Implement maintenance protocols for existing structures to ensure longevity and safety
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and progress documentation
- Identify and mitigate construction risks through proactive problem-solving
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction and maintenance
- Professional certification (e.g., PEng, P.E.) is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural engineering software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and construction standards
- Excellent project management and team leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
