Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive structural designs for diverse project types.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure structural integrity and safety standards are met.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with blueprints.
- Perform structural analysis and load calculations using industry-standard engineering software.
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery from inception to completion.
- Implement cost-effective and sustainable solutions to complex civil engineering challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in structural design and construction.
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, or Etabs).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and civil engineering standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian/English.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
