Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve project challenges
- Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental requirements
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and documentation for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction project experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction codes and standards
- Certification in project management (PMP) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
