Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure strict adherence to engineering plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, daily logs, and material requisitions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with local building codes, regulations, and BEM standards.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide engineering solutions on-site efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the construction or steel industry.
- Valid Engineer registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other structural design software.
- Strong knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a remote location.
