Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and verify compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and material estimates to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth operations.
- Supervise site operations and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Resolve engineering challenges on-site by implementing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to local building codes, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management or civil engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong working knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid Engineer's license (BEM registration is preferred for this role).
