Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural blueprints and civil engineering plans for manufacturing infrastructure.
- Oversee construction projects from conceptualization to completion to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct structural analysis and site assessments to determine feasibility and safety.
- Prepare bill of materials, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
- Provide technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve onsite engineering challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Registered Architect (PRC license holder).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management or construction site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other industry-standard design software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
- Deep understanding of structural design, site planning, and construction methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
