Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee implementation of civil engineering plans for new build projects
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ensure adherence to environmental sustainability practices
- Prepare project documentation and progress reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in new build construction projects
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., Board of Engineers Malaysia) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
