Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure work adheres to engineering plans and specifications.
- Conduct precise site layout and surveying to guide construction teams accurately.
- Monitor construction progress against project timelines and report deviations to management.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols across all construction zones.
- Perform regular quality control inspections of structural installations.
- Maintain comprehensive site records, daily logs, and technical reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vertical or horizontal construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project milestones.
- Must be willing to be based in Cavite.
