Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and review structural and architectural drawings to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.
- Lead BIM coordination efforts, ensuring seamless data exchange between consultants and site teams.
- Perform regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with engineering standards and safety codes.
- Develop and present Value Engineering (VE) proposals to optimize project resources and reduce costs.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and government authorities (such as BCA and PUB) regarding project approvals.
- Monitor site progress against the master schedule and prepare detailed technical status reports.
- Assist Project Managers in resolving on-site technical issues and structural discrepancies promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board Singapore.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with a Main Contractor.
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM-related software.
- Solid understanding of Singapore building codes, Eurocodes, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on Value Engineering and cost-effective construction methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently in a site-office environment located in the Tuas region.
