Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards
- Manage on-site operations, including resource allocation, contractor coordination, and progress monitoring
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, project plans, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local building codes
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, engineers, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular progress reports to management
- Resolve technical challenges and optimize construction methods for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction project management
- Professional certification from Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in field environments
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
