DuraquiCemerlang is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Civil Engineer & Drafter to join our growing team in Cinere. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the technical execution of our infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring that all designs meet structural integrity standards and client specifications.
We are looking for a professional who possesses a strong grasp of civil engineering principles combined with high-level drafting capabilities. You will be responsible for translating conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and overseeing the documentation process from the initial planning phase to construction completion. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural drawings and 2D/3D models using AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations for various civil works projects.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and project specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure works comply with design documents.
- Review and revise project drawings based on field observations and stakeholder feedback.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all engineering records are organized and accessible.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering design or drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
