Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural plans, designs, and specifications for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Conduct thorough site investigations and feasibility studies to ensure project viability.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure design intent is achieved.
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, structural calculations, and progress reports.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effective delivery from concept to completion.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the integrity and durability of all structural components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License holder).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in engineering design and construction supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or equivalent structural analysis software.
- Strong understanding of the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP) and local building regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage on-site teams effectively.
